Job Description
Join Finova Labs as a Recruiter, where you will source, screen, and recruit international candidates for our point of sale solutions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Your role includes conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Stay updated with industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in international recruitment based in the USA.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, strong understanding of immigration laws, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Location: PECHS Block 2, Near Fortune Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Timings: Full-time, Onsite (8 pm to 5 am).
