Job Description
Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 am
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at Fit Solutions in Karachi. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruitment activities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Candidates with BPO industry experience will be given preference.
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certifications in HR and Recruitment are a plus
