Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate the interview process and manage communication.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with HR team to negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates.
- Familiarity with ATS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with results-oriented mindset.
