Job Description
Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a driven Recruiter Intern to assist in our talent acquisition initiatives. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging top-notch technical talent to enhance our team.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the team’s specific needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Leverage platforms such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with a foundational understanding of recruitment processes.
Work Arrangement: In-office from 10 AM to 7 PM, located in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. Salary is competitive within the market.
