Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to, posting job openings, conducting candidate screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews, performing background checks, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner. The Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is preferred
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
