Job Description
Requirement:
Experience: 3-6 months in technical recruitment
You must know commonly used programming languages.
You must know how to post job, shortlist candidates, initial calling & screening of candidates.
You will work closely with Project Managers & Technical Team leads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Help with day-to-day HR tasks like keeping records and arranging interviews.
Manage employee records, CVs, and interview scheduling. Address employee queries on HR matters.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
Coordinate interviews and negotiate job offers.
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Salary: Market Competitive
