Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Lahore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will work closely with the hiring managers and HR team to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and conducting pre-employment checks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
- 2 years Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
