Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify new talent acquisition strategies, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our HRIS and ATS systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems, and recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to HR-related matters
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
