Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Karachi Division. As a Recruiter (BPO), you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes within our BPO division. Your tasks will include sourcing and identifying top talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers. Accurate record-keeping and reporting are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or similar industry
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related tools for recruitment purposes
- Experience with relevant recruitment software and platforms is preferred
