Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Recruiter based in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience in ABA or special education is a bonus
