Job Description
Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan (Residents Only)
Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is actively seeking a highly motivated Recruiter – Outsourcing Research Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to source top talent and work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and UK job boards.
- Craft effective search strings for optimal results.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct data mining and lead generation activities.
- Possess excellent command of the English language.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Prior experience in recruiting is preferred.
Salary: Rs 22,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
