Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at W4WORK Outsourcing. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 6 months – 1 year of experience looking to launch their career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, referrals)
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and assessments
- Manage candidate flow, track applicant status, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Learn and implement our recruitment processes and best practices
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools (ATS, CRM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
