We are Hiring— Recruiter at WADIC, a USA-based company in the Information Technology & Services industry. Join us as a Technical Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through various channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions
- Enhance talent acquisition activities
Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Shift Timing: 6:00pm – 3:00am
