Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Multan for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings, determine candidate qualifications, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to employee and company information
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting software and social media platforms for talent sourcing and recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of hiring success and meeting recruitment metrics
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with hiring managers and HR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus
