We offer a comprehensive service, from job posting to interview coordination and candidate finalization, to ensure quality hiring with minimum effort for SMEs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiting Intern at Kamayi in Lahore. Your tasks will include hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. You will be responsible for assisting in the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and providing support in training new hires.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Communication skills
- Recruiting and Training abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
