Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi East District. As a Recruiting Intern at Quixotic Creatives, you will be responsible for various recruiting activities such as sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing support in the hiring process. You will also assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for new hires.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training and development is a plus
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Positions Available:
👨💼 Male HR Intern (Night Shift)
🕚 Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
📍 Location: Gulshan Block 11
👩💼 Female HR Intern (Day Shift)
🕐 Shift: 1 PM – 9 PM
📍 Location: Gulshan Block 5
