Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role at FullCircle Consulting in Lahore. The Recruitment Associate will handle hiring, communication, interviewing, recruiting, screening candidates, and developing business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in screening and evaluating candidates
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
