Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Executive to enhance our HR Department at our Head Office located in Karachi, DHA Phase 8.
Position: Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years required
Salary: PKR 60,00 – 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and publish detailed job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding
- Utilize technical knowledge to clarify job requirements for technical positions
