Job Description
1. Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle from start to finish.
2. Prepare Job ads and advertise on social media channels.
3. Ensure onboarding as per policy.
4. HRIS Entries – Management.
5. Complete employees’ personal files for new and existing employees.
6. Conduct interviews and finalize candidates based on job specifications.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
8. Preparation of various letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internal Hiring Letters, etc.).
9. Update & maintain HRIS & Excel data.
10. Maintain records & follow-ups for Confirmations & MTEs Assessments.
11. Any other task assigned by HOD/immediate Supervisor.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: Minimum BBA / Preferably MBA HRM
