Job Description
The Recruitment Executive role at Integriti involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and maintaining candidate data. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate records, and creating a pipeline to meet clients’ hiring needs.
- Seek alternate sourcing strategies and tools.
- Source for technical positions in USA and Canada markets.
- Experience with technical roles preferred.
- 6 months – 2 years of work experience required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously.
- Preference for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Office Timings: 3PM – 11PM, Monday to Friday at DHA Phase 4, Lahore.
