Role Description:
Ovex Technologies Pakistan is seeking experienced Recruiters to join our team in Lahore. This permanent position offers a competitive salary between PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen and interview candidates for open BPO, call center, and software company roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from identifying vacancy to offer stage
- Maintain relationships with candidates to build strong talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and match qualified candidates
- Achieve high volume recruitment targets and metrics
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience recruiting for BPOs, call centers, and/or software companies
- Proven ability to fill high volumes of roles quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
