Job Description

The recruitment Executive is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in creating and maintaining candidates’ data, pipelining, and sourcing for the right candidates. They will support the team associated with sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for Integriti Group clients.

Responsibilities:

• Seek alternate sourcing strategies and tools when current tools’ effectiveness changes.
• Source for technical positions for the USA and Canada market (Both Passive and Active candidates).
• Responsible for maintaining candidate records using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or other related recruiting software.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet short- and long-term hiring needs of the clients.

Requirements:

• Nice to have experience with technical roles (IT/Software) experience (International or Local).
• Work Experience: 6 months – 2 years. Fresh graduates are also eligible.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and different ATS.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Time Management Skills.
• Self-Learner: Ability to learn from video tutorials and internet research.
• Self-motivated and can work autonomously.
• As this position involves working on multiple positions at one time, the applicant must be able to set up daily and weekly plans and prioritize effectively.
• Applicants have the ability to learn in a fast-paced and aggressive environment. Candidates who are driven and motivated towards such an environment are highly encouraged to apply.

Office Timings: 3 PM – 11 PM, Monday to Friday onsite
