Position / Title: Recruitment Intern

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary: As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll assist the Recruitment Manager in sourcing and attracting top talent, gaining valuable insights into the recruitment process and contributing to team building.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Management or related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  4. Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential candidates through various channels.
  2. Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  3. Maintain candidate communication and records.
  4. Participate in recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
