Job Description
XAD Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to oversee key personnel functions including recruitment, staffing, and the employment visa process. This role will require you to collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs while actively attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
You will play a vital role in enhancing our company’s online presence and in building relationships with international recruitment consultants. Additionally, you will work closely with the PRO and HR Manager on visa-related processes and ensure that management stays informed about associated expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Rs200,00.00 per month
