Timings: 9:00am-6:00pm (Mon-Friday)
Salary: 40k-45k
Our HR consultancy, Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd, is seeking a passionate Recruitment Executive in Karachi.
Role Overview: As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process. You will collaborate with clients to fulfill their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with clients for recruitment strategies
- End-to-end recruitment management
- Build strong client and candidate relationships
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 year recruitment experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
