The Prestigious Sheikh Saleem Group of Companies is looking for a qualified candidate to join as a Recruitment Officer. The role involves managing the hiring process, updating procedures, and monitoring key metrics. Job Descriptions:
- Sourcing potential candidates via online platforms.
- Planning and conducting interview and selection processes.
- Conducting thorough employee verification checks.

Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in Retail and Fine Dine Restaurant setups preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience as a Recruitment Officer.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer with a BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management.
