Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented recruitment and onboarding executive to join our team and play a vital role in attracting and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Line Managers throughout the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to welcoming new hires on their first day. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a passion for building a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Planning & Sourcing:
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Line Managers to follow up on Job requisitions descriptions for open positions.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs to create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant channels.
  • Gather and organize applicant data for each job posting, ensuring a smooth review process for HRBPs.
  • Candidate Experience & Selection:
  • Assist candidates in navigating the online cognitive testing process, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Arrange interview schedules based on HRBP instructions and manage logistics.
  • Prepare and complete pre-interview documentation, including application forms, resumes, and interview evaluations.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Integration:
  • Welcome and assist new hires on their first day, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate the preparation of accurate pay and benefits information for offer letters.
  • Upon offer acceptance, guide new hires on document submission (electronic or originals for verification) for their start date.
  • Follow up with candidates to arrange for their resignation acceptance letter from their previous employer.
  • Create and maintain new employee records in SAP SF, including personal, organizational, educational, employment, family, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure employee files are complete with all required documentation as outlined in SOP.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and payment of candidates’ pre-employment screening bills from relevant hospital.
  • Conduct reference checks of all new hires.
  • Perform all other operational tasks related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills:
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., SAP SF).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
