Job Description
MS9 Consulting Private Limited, a Recruitment and HR Consulting firm based in Islamabad, is seeking an on-site Recruitment Sales Consultant. Monthly Salary PKR 40k + Commission. We are a new startup and looking for a passionate candidate to help build our recruitment business.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive Recruitment Sales activities to attract top talent and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Write compelling Job descriptions, conduct interviews, and meet set sales targets.
- Work independently to establish new recruitment business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience with 360 Recruitment agency and Executive Search headhunting.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Recruitment tools, and software.
- Strong Business Acumen and knowledge of diverse sectors.
- Graphic Designing and IT Skills are desirable.
- Good Work Ethics and ability to maintain Confidentiality.
