Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Call center industry is a plus
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Communication skills
- Recruiting and Training skills
- Experience in creating job descriptions
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the Call center industry is a plus
