Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Lahore. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training the best talent for the organization.
Qualifications
- Hiring and Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Training, coaching, and mentoring skills for both new hires and current employees
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
