Job Description
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Review resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills and fit for roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment process from initial contact to job offer acceptance.
- Build pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide updates on recruitment activities and progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in recruiting or HR a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
