Job Description
Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 am
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi.
Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities at Fit Solutions in Karachi. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and other recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years BPO industry experience
- Recruiting, hiring, and employer branding skills
- Experience in effective recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR and Recruitment certifications are a plus
