Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Source candidate profiles from various channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes based on competency matrix and relevant qualifications
- Headhunt, map, and gather market intelligence
- Manage relationships with bench pool crews
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Requirements:
- Education: B.E. Petroleum Engineering, Any Graduation, or MBA in HR
- Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment or related roles, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPC industry
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and data management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
