Job Description
Company Description: iGATE Technologies Pakistan is an outsourcing partner that provides customized solutions to RDX SPORTS. Our aim is to ensure complete client satisfaction with our problem-solving approach.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Islamabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Must have expertise in headhunting and C Level recruitment.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in hiring candidates from Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, E-commerce, Sales (B2B).
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Executive Search.
- Ability to work on-site (12 pm – 9 pm) in Islamabad.
- Experience in the recruitment field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
