Role Description: iPlexSoft is seeking a part-time Recruitment Specialist for handling day-to-day recruitment activities. Responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and providing feedback to management. This is a hybrid role primarily based in the Karachi Division with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing candidates
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in training and onboarding new hires
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience using applicant tracking systems is a plus
Location: Park Avenue – Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
