Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Lahore. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing a full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. The role entails identifying staffing needs, recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks and verifying references, and leading new employee orientations.
