Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Recruitment Specialist Retail for our on-site location in Lahore. As a Recruitment Specialist Retail, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill job openings. You will also manage job postings, maintain candidate databases, and ensure compliance with pre-employment screening and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the retail industry
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, along with familiarity with job posting platforms and pre-employment screening methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
