Job Description
We are in search of a Recruitment Specialist to perform all hiring activities from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
- Suggest changes and enhancements.
- Analyze recruitment software and make recommendations for modifications.
- Identify tough job openings and determine the best method to fill them.
- Analyze recruitment software and make necessary changes and enhancements.
- Maintain the paperwork of the recruitment process.
- Build relationships with candidates through social media and events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to set selection criteria for future hires.
- Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards.
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Interview candidates in person.
- Provide training and advice to hiring managers regarding interviewing and evaluation techniques.
- Measure the results of candidate experience through surveys.
- Participate in and host job fair events.
- Manage a candidate database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter.
- Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions.
- Background with recruitment software and features such as ATS.
- Fantastic interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solid time management abilities.
