Job Description
The Value Engineering is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with expertise in hiring engineers. The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment process, manage bulk hiring initiatives, and source top engineering talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for civil engineering roles.
- Manage job fairs and interviews.
- Develop hiring plans to meet project needs.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
