Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Recycling Industries professional. The Recycling Industries professional will be responsible for overseeing the collection, processing, and transformation of recyclable materials with the goal of maximizing the efficiency, sustainability, and profitability of recycling operations. The Recycling Industries professional will also lead and manage cross-functional teams, and stay up-to-date with market trends and technologies related to recycling.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the recycling industry, environmental regulations, and sustainable practices
- Experience in recycling operations, waste management, and supply chain management
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant certifications is a plus
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Fluency in Urdu and English is required, knowledge of other languages spoken in Lahore is a plus
