Job Description
The National Institute of Blood Diseases & Bone Marrow is seeking a dedicated Referral Network Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Pharm-D, with a Master’s degree considered an asset. We require 6-12 months of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities include coordinating referrals, facilitating patient transitions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with electronic health records (EHRs) is also required.
This is a Full-time, Contract position with a length of 12 months.
