Responsibilities:
- ? Manage and process customer refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
- ? Review and analyze refund requests, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- ? Work closely with the customer service team to understand customer needs and resolve refund-related issues.
- ? Assist the accounting team with reconciling refunds, ensuring accurate financial records.
- ? Identify trends and patterns in refund requests, contributing to process improvements.
- ? Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to the refund process.
About You:
- ? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- ? 2+ years of experience in Refund management, financial dispute resolution, or a related role.
- ? Strong understanding of payment processing and financial transactions.
- ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ? Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- ?️ Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- ? Knowledge of payment card industry (PCI) regulations is a plus.
