Job Description
Polani Global Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is a well-established travel agency dedicated to offering exceptional travel services. We are presently seeking a Refunds Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process refund requests for airline tickets and travel services.
- Coordinate with airlines to secure refund approvals.
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding their refund statuses.
- Ensure accurate documentation and prompt follow-up on all refunds.
- Collaborate with ticketing and customer service teams to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of GDS is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills.
