Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Branch Manager at Ecom Deals in Wah. As a Regional Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of branch within the region. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing branch staff, ensuring efficient operations, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in retail or ecommerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
