Job Description
Job Description:
- Ensure that sales teams build a healthy relationship with all organizational customers.
- Ensure regular monitoring and reporting of competitors’ activities regarding product, pricing etc. in market and develop regional strategy.
- Conduct regular performance meetings with immediate staff. Ensure performance evaluations of all team members are conducted on merit as per the KPI achievements and attributes.
- Lead regional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Develop regional sales and marketing plan for achieving company’s sales and profitability targets within the guidelines and costing model discussed with GM Sales.
- Ensure consistent achievement of regional sales, profitability and recovery targets.
- Ensure preparation and maintenance of sales PMS system and data analysis of sales and recovery from ERP system.
- Monitor sales activities in the region. Assist team in generating sales activities by meeting clients when required, negotiating and closing deal.
- Develop a successor for himself and ensure succession planning for all key positions in regions.
- Consistently work to develop and explore the new markets.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent from any reputable university. BSc Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- 10 – 15 Years Experience in Business Development & Sales preferably in any building material related company.
