Job Description
Position Summary:
The Regional Manager of Facilities, Real Estate, & Projects will oversee all aspects of facility management and project execution regionally. Seeking an expert in policy control, design, and procedures with strong supervisory and project management skills. Responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, implementing health & safety standards, and enhancing the work environment through various projects.
Team Supervision:
Supervise a team to provide a range of facilities management services including maintenance, renovations, project management, and real estate management.
Skills, Experience & Competencies:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience
- MBA/BBA/BS/BE (Civil/Electrical)
- Proficient in policy control, design, and procedures.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Experience with technology solutions for facilities management.
- Strong vendor and contract management skills.
- Budget management experience with a focus on cost-effectiveness and organizational goals alignment.
