Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic Branch Network Manager to lead and oversee our network of branches. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on meeting targets for deposits, advances, and profitability while promoting a culture of high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of banking experience in leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and compliance
- Outstanding leadership and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Compensation: Rs250,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
