Job Description
The Regional Head of Partnerships oversees strategic partnerships, focusing on corporate and government business acquisition. Responsibilities include aligning partnership strategies with regional goals, managing Profit and Loss (P&L), and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute regional strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Set performance targets and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
- Generate revenue through cash management solutions for corporate clients.
- Increase deposit mobilization via targeted initiatives and customer outreach.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for project implementation.
- Oversee business development and operational efficiency within the region.
- Expand merchant acquiring network and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
- Train and mentor regional team on product knowledge and operational processes.
- Oversee financial reconciliation processes and adherence to SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from an HEC-recognized Institute.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
