Job Description
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for employee growth and development? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Learning & Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional training strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and gaps.
- Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- Evaluate training programs and gather feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
