Job Description
Job Purpose:
- As the functional head of GCSS sub region, this role oversees a comprehensive approach to GCSS sales, solutions delivery, and customer services to achieve revenue and Gross add targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive GCSS sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and inspire a sales & services team, providing guidance, training, and support for success in both sales and services management.
- Collaborate to customize GCSS Solutions for industries & accounts in the sub regions.
- Build strong relationships with corporate accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the GCSS market.
- Implement service improvement initiatives based on client feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, service delivery metrics, and client satisfaction.
Education:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
